Job Description:
Agile Coach. Contractor must be an individual who has extensive experience with individual and team coaching, organizational development, cultural change and conflict management. The ideal candidate will be a great analytical thinker and communicator with outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills, and should possess proven skills in leading Agile teams through an entire project lifecycle.

(CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC).SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) desired.Experience providing high level overviews for executives and staff level/group overviews on Lifecycle Support Tools.Experience in lifecycle management processes and artifacts.Rapid and flexible response to change along with self-organization and motivation.Ability to interface with decision-makers to understand their requirements and those that plan, execute, and manage the delivery of SharePoint capabilities.Experience working in the Social Security Administration Office of Systems environment is desired.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience with 11 years of professional experience.
