The Agile Coach 2 engages with teams and stakeholders in the organization to promote a Lean-Agile mindset. This role serves as a trusted educator and consultant to teams and team leadership ensuring the consistent application of Lean-Agile best practices and tools.

What you will be doing Evangelize Lean-Agile values and principles across the organization to influence business agilityGuide low-complexity teams and/or small departments/programs in designing methods of visualizing and collaboratively managing their workPlan and facilitate team meetings for the purpose of decision making idea generation planning continuous improvement problem solving and alignmentPromote continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle leveraging metrics to identify and drive intentional changeParticipate in Center of Excellence/Community of Practice activities and apply learnings to Lean-Agile practices when working with teamsThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
