**Our client in the insurance industry is seeking an Agile Coach to join their team.** As an Agile Coach, you will be part of the Agile Transformation Office supporting Agile teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Agile Coach
**Location:** Minneapolis, MN (3 days on site)
**Pay Ran** **ge:** $135,000 - $145,000 annually. Bonus target is 15% of base salary. Contract to hire opportunity on W2.
**What’s the Job?**
1. Promote and support the implementation of the Agile Strategy across teams and the organization.
2. Provide training and guidance on Agile principles and best practices to Agile teams and leadership.
3. Assist in forming new Agile teams by educating team members, establishing norms, and guiding the application of Agile methods in unique team environments.
4. Collaborate with teams, product owners, and key stakeholders to support the successful completion of initiatives.
5. Identify new opportunities to implement Agile, champion adoption efforts, and resolve organizational impediments impacting Agile implementation.
**What’s Needed?**
1. 4-5 years of experience demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile concepts and coaching teams in Agile adoption.
2. Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a mid to large-sized organization (500+ employees/contractors).
3. Background in Technology or Application Development, with Change Management and Leadership experience.
4. Proven ability to train and guide Agile teams, support the formation of new teams, and implement Agile principles across departments.
5. A four-year degree in a related field.
