The Agile Coach engages with teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote Agile and Lean thinking across the enterprise. Plays a critical role in training and coaching teams and/or leadership on agile values principles practices and tools. Facilitates cross-team and cross-departmental alignment collaboration and learning. The role serves as a trusted consultant helping teams and/or leadership apply Agile practices and tools based on each situation's unique context.
What you will be doing Evangelize agile values and principles across the organization to influence teams and programsAssist teams and/or programs in designing methods of visualizing and collaboratively managing their workAssist teams and/or programs in designing feedback mechanisms to promote frequent learning and adaptationHelp team/program leaders address systemic impediments that constrict the flow of value through teamsBring industry knowledge into the company and conduct experiments to learn what works and what doesn't in our environmentFacilitate moderately complex and/or team level meetings for purposes of idea generation, planning, retrospecting, problem solving and alignmentProvide guidance to leadership on team and/or program composition and alignment based on organizational needs/changesDesign and facilitate training classes and workshopsOperate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledgeMentor, coach and train other team members What will make you successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAdvanced experience as an agile practitionerStrong competency functioning in a leadership role (s) such as scrum master, product owner, project manager or technical leaderStrong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactStrong Critical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skillsStrong Collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as other areasStrong business and technology acumenSelf-driven learner with the ability to coach othersAbility to teach Agile concepts and apply practices in a context-sensitive mannerAct as a servant leader to project teams-open minded, listens, empathizes, influences without formal authority and thinks beyond the day to day activitiesDemonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partnersDemonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologiesDemonstrated ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightnessUp to 10% travel time required Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
