Position Summary:

We are seeking an Agile Learning Experience Consultant to join our Learning Organization! 

 

The Agile Learning Experience Consultant is a cross functional role that is pivotal in fostering a culture of adaptive and continuous learning within our organization. The focus of the role is experience design and facilitation of learning.  You will use systems thinking to connect strategic and operational level organizational needs to a meaningful and effective design and evolution of learning experiences and the overall learning ecosystem.  You will work closely within an agile team and across the organization to create engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our learners in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.   This pivotal role not only shapes the present learning landscape but also influences the future trajectory of the learning culture within our organization.

 

This position, situated within the HR organization, supports enterprise-wide needs and serves the business through various touchpoints, including HR Business Partners, decentralized training organizations, and the sponsors and stakeholders of strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Learning Experience Analysis & Design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative, learner-centric experiences using various instructional and experiential methods, neuro informed mindsets, and modern technologies.Support needs assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve learning experiences, leveraging data and insights from learning analytics and brain-based research.Connect business priorities, needs and enterprise-wide initiatives to learning solutions for our employees and support the ongoing evolution of these solutions over time through feedback loops and continuous improvement efforts.Leverage human centered design and design thinking methods to analyze and recommend business focused solutions and produce compelling learning experiences that achieve strategic and growth goalsContribute and lead the development of multi-modal learning experiences, including dynamic live delivery, interactive modules, and virtual environments.Assist in leveraging the modern technology learning stack to enable widespread global learning across the organization and support decentralized training initiatives and partners.Lead efforts in content curation, social learning tools (like discussion forums or user-generated content), evolving learning experiences based on learner preferences and behavior changes (using AI or machine learning), and integrating content sources available internally and externally.Design and evolve the infrastructure that supports an integrated learning ecosystem across the enterprise.Utilize primary and secondary research methods to evaluate and measure the impact of learning initiatives within a decentralized training environment. Use these insights in a continuous cycle of improvement of the global learning ecosystem.  

Agile Learning Facilitation

Embrace a consultative approach, emphasizing outcomes over output, to enable teams to integrate learning initiatives seamlessly into business operations.Facilitate spaces for co-creation, problem solving, and innovation to take place.Facilitate and deliver learning experiences that incorporate human-centered design principles and promote hands-on, practical application to global employee audiences.Use knowledge and experience to collaborate and co-create facilitated live and recorded experiences within the evolving learning ecosystem that supports both centralized and decentralized environments and in person and virtual delivery formats.Utilize learning analytics and deep learner insights to make informed decisions in the moment for the best learner experience, and to support behavior change, evolve the learning ecosystem in real time.

Successful Candidates will have:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in designing and delivering learning experiences using instructional design methodologies and modern learning technologies.Strong time management skills with the ability to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently.Demonstrable commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Demonstrated passion for learning and development with an applied understanding of adult learning principles and brain/neuroscience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, flat structure team environment.Agile mindset with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and data insights.Possess high EQ, including a observable growth mindset and beginner’s mind

 

Location:

This role is either remote or hybrid out of one of our offices, based on the candidate’s location.  For hybrid office locations, we Succeed Together though in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. 

 

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience designing learning for adultsExperience on cross functional team and/or iterative, agile methodologies and practicesExperience with Human Centered Design methodologies, design thinking, or equivalentHands on experience with modern learning tech stack platforms, which include learning experience platforms (LXPs), learning management systems (LMS), and virtual experience technologies or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience with and application of organizational change management methods and approachesCoaching and facilitation background and certificationExperience with Zoom Whiteboard, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe Premiere/Audition, Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, SharePoint and/or similar software/toolsUse of cutting-edge technology enablers such as AI, Machine Learning and Large Language Models
