Responsibilities
Partner with transformation Leads/DLs to establish onboarding readiness for digital first enterprise/Digital Assisted/Digital Native operating model Drive with DLs/POs and squads on their day-to-day progress towards strategic priorities and delivery capabilities in incremental and iterative cycles. Specifically, to define effective objectives based on the business value drivers, formulate domain mission, translate them into clear, specific squad key results and align them to product backlog and roadmaps with focus on enhancing ways of working. Partner with other chapters to provide feedback and lead corrective actions to continuously refine and improve practices for digital-first ways of working Leverage working knowledge of insurance, digital first enterprise and agility to lead the development of innovative and effective practices. Identify and implement industry practices to improve our digital first ways of working Create and execute need based trainings to enable Digital first enterprise Lead improvements in the key aspects of digital first operating model such as frameworks, processes, tools and practices Drive organizational change management activities by hosting sessions such as lean coffee, learning corners, etc.Functional Competencies

Industry specific certifications related to Organizational Change Management, Flow and Scaling Frameworks and Adaptive Leadership (CAL, PAM™, SPK™, SAFe™,CLP)
Experience defining and implementing a large-scale frameworks and techniques aligned to organizational objectives in banking and insurance domains and providing hands-on practitioner support to multiple squads
MS/BS degree in computer science, software development, or business OR a background in business, technology, product development and management
Drive, collaborate and actively contribute utilizing hands-on experience with high-medium-low touch approaches to build a self-sustaining digital workforce by:
Focus on outcomes in alignment with business value model (BVM) and OKRs Enable identification, conversation, and confirmation of prioritized epics, stories, and other required work products aligned to objectives which are right-sized with clearly articulated requirements and success/acceptance Establish and effectively contribute to domain level events to deliver iteratively, with clear ownership for work that meets business outcomes Analyze right metrics and proactively take corrective actions to achieve key results Enable execution of a transparent operating model by proactively identifying, documenting and monitoring dependencies, risks and issues, and work with relevant stakeholders to timely mitigate or resolve Drive with POs and squad members to establish and increase fluency in key methodologies and right usage of tools – agile, Jira, Mural and others as needed Identify and implement improvement opportunities (process, practices, techniques etc.) in executing digital first ways of working through forums such as retrospective and continuous feedback, etc.Technical Competencies
Good understanding of system and design thinking approaches and techniques Experience in agile development, as a digital product owner, product manager, or highly experienced agile coach with 5+ years experience successfully delivering digital products Knowledge of Agile software development process (e.g., XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) Knowledge and/or experience with techniques (e.g., story mapping, big room planning, actionable metrics, etc.) Working knowledge of insurance, finance or retail services value chain, particularly in aligned domain End-to-end digital product management lifecycle experience; preferably in insurance Strong knowledge of product management tools, including Jira and MuralOur team makes a difference, every time.
