Job Summary:

The Agile Project Manager will play a vital role in coordinating with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This individual will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
 

What You Will Do:

The primary responsibility of the Agile Project Manager is to manage the planning and execution of project workstreams, oversee project team members, and interact with various application/business resources. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and overall project plan. Using their knowledge of IT technical processes and business acumen, the Agile Project Manager will guide cross-functional teams in the successful execution of projects. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in Agile methodologies but also has a strong track record of delivering successful projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about project management and eager to make a significant impact on our team's success.

What You Have:

Prefer college or university degree required with a technical focus is highly desirable

Strong experience managing Agile projects.

Should have strong project management skills

Top Candidate Will Also Have:

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Project).

Experience with Agile planning and estimation techniques.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

The ideal location for this role is East Peoria-IL, Dallas-TX, Nashville-TN

MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO THIS LOCATION AND Work out of the office 3 times a week.

This position may require 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
