Software, connectivity, and data are the cornerstones of this evolution, delivering the foundational elements by which Ford will drive this evolution. The Readiness Manager sits within the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and is responsible for change management that enables the Connected Vehicle Software (CVS) organization to fully adopt agile and modern ways of working. This role will be central to enabling the engineering organization responsible for all software and electronics in all Ford vehicles as we build truly software defined vehicles.  

In this role you will lead the training, enablement, communications, and community management portfolio, which brings our agile framework to life for the engineering organization.
