ABOUT US 

The SAP CPIT Product, Data and Technology organization has the purpose to “Deliver and Run the Intelligent Enterprise”. CPIT is SAP’s technology backbone and most compelling reference customer, and as such, we influence SAP product development and strategy, with our customer experience at heart. To support the updated SAP AI Strategy and the company vision on Generative AI, we need to strengthen our team to accelerate delivery of Data & AI Cloud Solutions. 

 

THE ROLE 

We are looking for an experienced Agile/Scrum Master who is enthusiastic and passionate about technology, fascinated by its unlimited possibilities to strengthen our Data Science, AI and Big Data team.  

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Work in accordance with the Agile development model which requires you to be self-driven and take decisions independently. 

Be a strong team player who can contribute to the overall success of the team and its deliverables. 

Manage the Agile process and coordinate the Agile team/s within SAFe. 

Improve and monitor development team efficacy and collaboration. 

Maintain an understanding for the team’s strong and weak points and propose proactively solutions to increase long-term performance. 

Sync up on team KPIs and metrics with management and stakeholders with the ability to concisely summarize findings and propose adjustments when necessary. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

Minimum 3+ years working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. 

Knowledge and experience of agile frameworks. 

Detailed understanding of core Agile ceremonies such as Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Daily Standups, Iteration Retrospectives, Program Increment Planning (PIP) etc. 

Leadership mindset and Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

Experience with use of Agile delivery tools such as Jira, MURAL etc. 

Strong collaboration skills both within the team and across teams 

Excellent team player, with strong communication skills, passionate about their work, self-motivated and driven. 

Fast learner, time management and prioritization skills, multitasking. 

Experience working in different agile teams and adapting to various team dynamics. 

Experience with SAFe framework is a plus.
