Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Agile/Scrum Master Program Manager. This person would be responsible for working with executive level folks in IT and on the business side both locally and globally.
Tech teams are standing up Agile for every project that is coming out going forward so they need a Program level manager to oversee the other Scrum Masters that are managing individual projects. Managing Scrum Masters, reporting and planning for Sr. execs.
Industry experience is a big plus but most important is someone that is a strong leader, can handle high level politics with personality.
