The Role:
Bloomberg's Supply Chain department is looking for a Agile Supply Chain Product Manager to join our Americas team. You'll use your creativity, industry knowledge, and innovation to support Supply Chain initiatives and processes.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior executives and operational teams in designing, delivering, and improving solutions. The candidate must manage complex projects and achieve results through enterprise-wide coordination with stakeholders, business leads, technology, and Global PO's.
-Identify issues impacting regional performance (On Time in Full “OTIF” and Cost KPIs) and drive root cause analysis, develop action plan and deliver identified improvements.
-Represent stakeholder and business needs, collaborating with global Supply Chain teams and other Product Owners to align backlog priorities based on business value and ROI.
-Partner up with operational leadership to define operational requirements.
-Manage the roadmap and the product backlog to ensure business requirements are translated into feasible deliverables guaranteeing visibility of work.
-Provide clarity/decisions on open questions and parking lot items for the team or identify when to bring in stakeholders to address issues.
We'll trust you to:
-Collaborate with the supply chain teams such as planning, production, warehouse operations, logistics, hardware asset management, and trade compliance leaders to analyze the needs and align the supply chain product roadmap to strategic goals.
-Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, solutions, data, integration points, and dependencies.
-Solve problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analyses to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.
-Act as an ambassador, represent supply chain capabilities, and be the primary contact for queries related to the product.
-Engage with key stakeholders to hear feedback and implement process improvements.
-Utilize key regional KPIs as the source for problem-solving and process improvement stories.
-Operate to the highest standards of accountability.
-Embrace an agile mindset, collaborate across teams, and be responsible for the timely delivery of products and services.
-Take a “hands-on” approach to deliver and drive change.
-Leverage a data-driven approach to monitor results, tackle problems directly, and promote solutions.
-Cultivate an active network of relationships to drive alignment across internal functions and business units and facilitate collaboration across departmental boundaries.
You’ll need to have:
-At least 5 years of demonstrated experience supporting Supply Chain processes and system implementations.
-Experience with SAP supply chain related modules (SD, MM, WM)
-A problem-solving mindset with the application of continuous improvement to achieve higher performance levels.
-Agile Scrum Professional Certification / Project Management Professional Certification preferred, or strong working knowledge and experience working with Agile Scrum Program Management frameworks/principles, methodologies, and tools.
-Experience in developing requirements with stakeholders and building detailed roadmaps.
-Strong interpersonal skills including networking, collaboration, communication, time management, and the ability to adapt to different audiences, environments, and cultures.
-Encourage strategic thinking, innovation, and action.

Salary Range = 115000 - 170000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
