Prepares, monitors, and reports monthly on the progress of lease terminations, rent commencements, rent increases, lease renewals, and lease options. Reviews and abstracts leases. This position is part of the Brokerage job function. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. The CBRE Agile Real Estate Practice advises clients on agile real estate strategies – from coworking and flexible space to optimized portfolios. **What you’ll do** + Assists in defining the real estate requirements (e.g., reviews growth projections, evaluates overall business strategy, handles critical dates). + Prioritizes and supports Corporate Real Estate system involving tracking deal information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments. + Assists with or runs local transaction implementation (process standardization). + Facilitates closeout process including hand off to Business Operations team for invoicing + Provides transactional financial analysis support to the Agile Leadership Team + Participates in various agile real estate transactions + Coordinates our growing quality assurance program, including customer care surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards. + Verify the handwritten voucher against the written contract. Enter all deal information into the company database based on guidelines and procedures. + Obtain the appropriate signatures and approvals and transfer all financial information for further processing. + Perform routine and ad hoc reporting from CBRE's revenue accounting system. + Assist with basic reconciliations on standard business processes. + Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. + Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent to a four-year college degree. + 1 to 3 years related real estate experience (commercial real estate preferred) or any similar combination of education and experience (Real estate license preferred). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. + Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts sophisticated financial analysis. + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires analytical and quantitative skills. + Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Agile Transaction Specialist position is $50,000 annually or $24.04 per hour and the maximum salary for the Agile Transaction Specialist position is $90,000 annually or $43.27 per hour.
