RESPONSIBILITIES As Agility Master within our team, you foster the adaption of Agile PrinciplesYou will be responsible for implementing and using agile methods within our digital projects to ensure more efficient and transparent work processesFurthermore, you will actively identify the needs of project teams to find suitable ways to organize their work within the team and with stakeholdersYou identify best digital tools to enable agile working, consult on, and train to use these solutionsYou help organize project meetings and take part as a facilitator to make best use of tools for agile working within the discussionsYou will work within a broad community of researchers, scientists as well as developers. Therefore, you will be acting as an enabler in interdisciplinary project teamsIn your role, you keep an eye on potential blockers within the planned work and help removing them by working together with all stakeholdersYou keep yourself well-informed on the content of projects to be able to gather requirements and feedbackFinally, you will also keep an overview of the latest developments in agile tools and communities especially within the companyREQUIREMENTS Strong background in consulting on and implementing solutions for agile working within interdisciplinary projects teamsPractical experience with different agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) Administrating and operating ticketing systems, boards, and other digital tools for agile working (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitLab)Effective team playerExperience as a trainer for applying methods and / or toolsCreative and motivated working style with a strong focus on innovation and open mind setHighly organized, can independently plan complex work tasksBeing able to communicate complex topics in non-technical language Excellent English language (verbal and written)German language skills are a strong plus in this roleFamiliarity with (data) science topics is a strong plusExperience in working in a scientific environment is beneficial for this role
