About the Team:

We are currently a team of 11 employees, located around the globe (Germany, Poland, China, India) focused on Quality within Driveline Components Product Segment. We collaborate with all functions involved in project execution, customers and other quality functions within organization. Your tasks as Project Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

Be Quality navigator of project team with guidance for standards and roadmaps, advocate of the customer in projects (4-eye principle) and trusted quality assurance partner for the project team and for the customer Ensure safe product launch, both for process and product robustness. This includes taking care of all customers related quality topics, consolidating the different aspects in the project, managing the risk during all project phases, as well as ensuring a quality mindset in the Project execution and R&D teams. Drive and manage Quality Planning for new products acc. to GDPEP and CVS-PEP (focus HW Design) process in order to achieve Safe Launch, Quality KPIs Targets and Customer Satisfaction. Drive and manage Project Quality Strategy and the Supporting Quality Team (SQT). Execute activities related to project quality function according Quality swimlane in GDPEP and provide quality deliverables Drive and manage completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval in time. Providing functional excellence for problem resolution/ RCA for non-conformities and critical issues impacting the customer or putting the project at risk; Ensure lessons learned process is consistently followed (input and output) and consistency of key characteristics from design to series process as well as support risk management and application of consistent escalation level Promoter of ‘first time right’ mindset to reach PPAP Right First Time on Time and promoter of Safe Launch (w/o launch claims) and flawless handover to series

 
Your profile as Project Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

Several years of professional experience with Customer or Supplier Quality management, ideally experience with Project Quality management. Knowledge of standards IATF 16949, Experience with quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) Experience with quality methods and technics (8D, Control Plan, 5 Why, Ishikawa,  ..) Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Advanced product and production knowledge Self-confident team player with a target-driven and agile mindset, Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Mechanics, Quality Management, Project management or similar Excellent English and German language skills ASPICE knowledge would be additional  advantage. This Job Role is part of Job Family "Quality Management" / Sub-Job-Family "Others" and include alls jobs meet the requirements of the contract specifications.
