The NYS certified Agriculture teacher/educator should have the knowledge and skills necessary to teach effectively and have an understanding of concepts, principles and methods related to agricultural education at the middle school level so that students are prepared to enter and participate in the already solid program at Springville High School. The successful candidate should have a commitment to curriculum development at the middle school level, professional development, teamwork, and an understanding of FFA, with the ability and desire to commit to the school, local, state and national chapters. The position is a full-time, probationary position to start July 1, 2025. Competitive salary and benefits in accordance with the Springville Faculty Association teachers' bargaining unit agreement. Starting salary will be in accordance with the terms of the agreement, and depending on education and experience, the salary range is between a Bachelors Step 1, $42,360 - Bachelors Step 10, $56,564 OR Masters Step 1, $48,690 - Masters Step 10, $65,016.
