Overview Monitoring and developing farmers system to supply potato interm of quantity and quality Organize farmer system to follow SFI, PEP+ program in field Expand the potato production area to meet the local potato supply as business require Responsibilities Build & lead team to manage 5 Vendors/ 10-20 big farmers system in potato growing in Red Delta area – Making decision Build and develop Hai Duong, Thanh Hoa area as a potential region for North Green Field to secure the local supply for long term – Consultation Transfer and coach technical knowledge such as Potato cultivation in North, Pest and Disease Control on potato Crop, Irrigation system….for direct reports and vendors/farmers – Consultation Expand new potato production region: Look for potato area in Moc Chau, Dien Bien… to extend planting window – Consultation Increase yields of potato production to increase the benefit for vendors/farmers - Consultation Reduce the crop fail from 10% to 5% to ensure the successfulness of potato growing – Consultation & Execution Support vendors/farmers follow the SFI, PEP+ program in potato growing - Execution Conduct and organize field trials in terms of new variety, fertlizer formular and chemical control effectively - Execution Qualifications Have knowledge and experience about the Agriculture growing regions of Red Delta. Potato knowledge is a priority. University graduated, major in Plant physiology/Agronomy At least 4 years experience in the similar roles Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Good negotiation to influence vendors/farmers and good supersory skill to manage the team below & farmers.
