Overview This role is responsible for supporting Agro Logistics Manager on all logistics projects in GCR Agro. Responsibilities Develop an effective National raw material logistic supply chain Coordinate a very extensive logistics system throughout China from remote area with a lack of infrastructure Deliver annual budgets in relation to logistics, control cost within AOP Monitor potato quality in the transportation, loading and unloading Deliver logistic plan for crop sanction Organize and transport chipstock/seed according to supply plan in both volume and schedule Manager and control 3rd parties’ chipstock handling base on SOP Cross functional coordination Supervise all company policies, guidelines and procedures well implemented in all projects operation and business activities Coordinate the logistics for exportation from farm to warehouses, warehouse wash line to container, container to port Responsibility for in field logistics operations Responsibility for reporting up to date results on volume and cost parameters Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating Qualifications Bachelor degree, Logistics, Business Administration preferred 5- 8 years in logistics related field Experience with Chinese railway system an advantage Sourcing experience Quality specification in the field Well know the potato handling technology Knowing the transportation regulation, benchmark Professional in the logistics operation management Project management Strong analysis skill Strong negotiation skill B – General Skill: Good working attitude and hands on Constant “attention to detail” required Excellent in communication Team commitment Results driven Trouble shooting skills (ability to foresee and avert logistics constraints) Prepared to work the long hours required and work independently under pressure C - Language Proficiency: Mandarin & English D - Computer Skill: Excellent computer skill in MS Office, e.g. PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook
