TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure quality in the production of seedlings for the different crops on the site. Coordinate the space with internal customers and their orderly distribution.Ensure the follow-up of the different fertilization programs. Ensure follow-up of the IPM practices.Maintain high standards of phytosanitary to ensure disease-free seedling production.Deliver seedlings free of pests and diseases. Follow up on the plant protection and nutrition program for seedlings Check that all personnel follow the protocols for sanitation and new seed entry. Coordinate with those in charge of the program the collection of tissue for new seeds. Provide support in the coordination of inputs required for the activities of the area such as space, trays, substrate and others Coordinate the washing and disinfection of the areas before and after use. Monitor the use of spaces, planting and transplanting dates. Report any problems related to nutrition, pests, and diseases. Report any incident related to the operation of the greenhouse, structure or maintenance.
WHO YOU ARE
High School diploma or technical degree in agriculture or agronomy.At least 3 years of experience in technical positions related. Intermediate english (B1/B2) (Preferred).Knowledge of the Office Packages and Windows Environment.Good communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or currently studying (Preferred).
