本职位要求在工作岗位上负责但不仅限于AGV实施，数字化项目支持相关工作。

The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

主要职责包括但不限于以下条目：

现场部署与业务部门及供应商的沟通协调 现场业务逻辑的梳理分析 Deploy AGV(AMR) in worksite, install AGV related equipment, track and resolve issues
在项目现场进行移动机器人（AGV或AMR）的安装调试； Be responsible for build map for AGV, configurate worksite on map and validate worksite setting

负责现场AGV的路线建图、站点配置、对接调试等；

Build tasks for AGV with specified software,  simple logic circuit design and modify, resolve issue during integrated test.

用指定软件创建AGV任务，简单逻辑电路设计修改, 解决联调过程中出现的问题 ；

Repair AGV, including mechanical components and electrical components
AGV整车检修(包括机械，电气元器件)； Configure AGV parameters, calibrate SLAM with the help of AGV manufacturer

配置AGV各项参数,在厂家的帮助下，完成导航激光的校准；

Record field issue and give feedback to Engineer, close field issue with Engineer asap
现场问题点记录并与工程师反馈，和工程师一起快速关闭现场问题； Collaborate with R&D Engineer and production team member, collect and give feedback to Engineer, so problems be eliminated in new version of software/AGV

与研发.生产人员紧密协作，及时反馈在设备调试.交付过程中出现的问题，便于工程师后期迭代；

Be responsible for aftermarket issue, resolve issue and record them

负责项目售后问题的解决及处理，并进行记录；

Be responsible for AGV usage training for customer, collaborate with customer to handle project acceptance

对客户进行产品使用培训，配合项目验收；

Qualification Required:

任职要求：

1、College degree in mechanical, automation or supply chain

大专及以上学历， 机械、电气自动化类、智能物流相关专业；

2、More than 3 years of AGV maintenance, technical support or aftermarket service experience
3年以上AGV维修、技术支持或售后工作经验；

3、Be familiar with electric components, sensors, driver, motor and encoder;

熟悉低压电气元器件、传感器、驱动器、电机和编码器等；

4、Be familiar with circuit diagram, can identify connector and connect harness, have base PLC technology熟悉电路，电路图，能独自完成线路接线等工作，具有能有一定的PLC软件基础；

5、Be familiar with AGV related software code and application level, have a strong software basic

熟悉软件代码及应用层，有软件基础；

6、Be familiar with TCP/IP, serial port, MODBUS, S7, can and so on.

熟悉TCP/IP、串口，MODBUS，S7，can总线等常见工业通讯协议

7、Strong ability to take great pressure, have strong communication skill and learning skill.

具备较强的抗压能力、沟通协调、学习能力强；

8、Willing to travel through Caterpillar China facility for aftermarket service.

适应长期出差，进行国内项目的现场售后服务。

9. Those who be familiar with mechanical and electric structure of AGV will be considered first

熟悉AGV机械和电气结构者优先。

It will be a plus if candidate know production and process of construction machinery

10、了解工程机械行业生产及工艺流程是一个加分项.
