AHMG’s advanced practice providers manage the treatment and care for our patients in the practice setting, as well as at AdventHealth’s eleven campuses in Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Celebration, AdventHealth for Children, East Orlando, Kissimmee, Orlando, Winter Park, Waterman, Winter Garden, and AdventHealth for Women AdventHealth Medical Group Palliative Care - Outpatient Opportunity – APRN or PA Opportunity Serving AdventHealth Orlando General Summary: Adventhealth is seeking an outstanding full-time APRN or PA-C to join our thriving Palliative Care team under the supervision of the Physician(s) who act as collaborative practitioners in providing great patient-centered care to patients with serious illnesses. This role will function primarily in the outpatient setting and is responsible for: Conducts physical examinations and manages complex symptoms for patients, including pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting, dyspnea, delirium, anxiety, and depression, as well as goals of care discussions for palliative care patients in a clinical setting.
