We are Worldpay for Platforms, a leader in integrated payments with over 25 years of experience. Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions. As the market evolves, so do the needs of these end-users. At Worldpay for Platforms, we aim to be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service products that seamlessly integrate with our existing offerings.
What you’ll own
We are seeking an experienced AI and Automation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization to our clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assess clients' business needs and identify opportunities for AI integration
Develop comprehensive AI strategies aligned with clients' business goals
Provide expert advice on AI technologies, tools, and best practices
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI solutions
Guide clients through the AI adoption process, from conception to implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful AI project delivery
Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, research, and applications
Develop and deliver AI-related presentations, workshops, and training sessions
Manage client relationships and expectations throughout AI initiatives
What you bring
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
5+ years of experience in AI consulting or related roles
Proven track record of successful AI strategy development and implementation
Deep knowledge of various AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and data privacy considerations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with project management and Agile methodologies
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in multiple industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/ML offerings
Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
Publications or speaking engagements related to AI
Experience with AI software development using languages such as Python, R, or Java
