The Opportunity:

We are seeking a senior artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) engineer to develop and integrate cutting-edge AI and ML solutions for a Combatant Command. The ideal candidate will have extensive software development experience and the ability to leverage large language models (LLMs) in real-world applications. In this role, you will build and maintain systems that enable advanced AI capabilities while contributing to other high-impact, cross-functional projects throughout the organization.

You Have:  

10+ years of experience with AI, ML, data science, software development, or data engineering  Experience in a programming language, including Python, R, or Java TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree in a Technology fieldIAT Level II Certification

Nice If You Have:  

Experience with LLMs and integrating them into larger applications Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with modern front-end frameworks, including React, Angular, or Vue Experience designing software architectures using containerization tools, including Docker or Kubernetes Experience with web frameworks, including Flask, Django, or FastAPI 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
