Technical & Engineering Leadership

Design authority for Al architectures across Al PC, Edge, Data Center, and Cloud environments.  Ensure performance, scalability, and security using best practices. Lead Al innovations, leveraging platforms like Kubernetes and collaborating with partners (Google, Aws, NVIDIA).

Service Delivery & Innovation

Architect Al solutions from ideation to MVP, driving business value. Optimize architecture for efficiency, accuracy, and impact. Push Al boundaries with GenAl technologies and continuous innovation.

Thought Leadership & Client Engagement

Guide clients on Generative Al integration into their business landscapes. Lead workshops, author thought leadership content, and present at industry events.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement

Build consultative relationships with multiple clients. Ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing with global partners. Stay hands-on with Al trends and mentor internal

Management & Leadership

Build and lead small teams, fostering innovation and technical excellence. Promote professional development and drive organizational change aligned with strategic goals.

Required Skills

10+ years of architecture design experience with a focus on Al technologies. 10+ years of software engineering experience, including proficiency in Python, Java, or Go. Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, Generative Al (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL-E, GEMINI), and NLP techniques. Experience with Al-driven Copilot solutions in software engineering and productivity domains. Proven ability to provide strategic Al guidance and lead client engagements, with strong negotiation and consultative skills. Familiarity with Responsible Al, ethics, and bias mitigation in production environments.

Desired Skills

Experience governing Al models in production, data preprocessing, and feature engineering. Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Al model fine-tuning. Expertise in Al governance, ethics, and bias mitigation strategies. Strategic Al vision and capability to define long-term Al roadmaps.
