SBM Management is searching for a AI Architect to join our team! The AI Engineer Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems through AI and machine learning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the architecture for AI and ML systems, ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency.Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.Research and integrate the latest AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure technological competitiveness.Continuously refine and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.Ensure all AI solutions meet regulatory requirements and ethical standards.Create detailed technical documentation for AI systems, ensuring knowledge sharing and reproducibility.Qualifications:
Prior experience in redesigning consumer centric workflows using AIPrior experience working with Gemini AI and ChatGPT APIsBachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning.Experience working in industries such as facility management, operations, or logistics is a plus.Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Strong knowledge of data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and monitoring.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of AI algorithms and architectures.Compensation: $170,000 - $230,000 per year
