We are looking for a dedicated Automation and AI Developer to join our Workforce Productivity team and help us build intelligent solutions that transform our business processes.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Design, implement and support Artificial Intelligence solutions using Microsoft technologies to solve, automate, and optimize business processes. Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows. Design, develop, implement and support Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Integrate various data sources and services within the Power Platform ecosystem to build cohesive solutions. Communicate complex AI concepts and project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, training, and reports. Gather requirements from cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform and AI technologies.

  For This Role, You Will Need: 3 years of strong experience programming skills in programming languages such as Python and C#. At least 1 year of Artificial Intelligence development experience is required. Good understanding of AI concepts and technologies such as AI Agents.  Experience with Azure AI services and other cloud-based AI platforms. Experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Knowledge of APIs and AI tools. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities Thorough with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principle is desired. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
