Job Summary
The PSFB/CCSFS Site Lead will oversee daily operations and personnel management at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB) and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS). This role requires leadership in coordinating technical and administrative functions to ensure contract compliance and mission success. The Site Lead will act as the primary point of contact for the designated Supervisory Manager (SM) and manage interactions with government clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The incumbent will also handle emergency response, operational planning, and execution in alignment with established policies. This position is pivotal in driving the success of government-sponsored programs through effective project management and supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and manage on-site contract personnel at PSFB/CCSFS, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Serve as the primary interface with the designated Supervisory Manager (SM) for task order oversight and implementation.
Supervise technical and administrative project components, including reporting, staffing, personnel management, and vendor coordination.
Direct transitional activities, project setup, and contract modifications as required.
Ensure readiness and availability (physically or remotely) during emergencies to manage site-specific operations effectively.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with project deliverables.
Oversee adherence to security protocols and requirements in line with military and government standards.
Provide operational leadership to foster efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the project.
Support team development through mentorship, performance evaluations, and coordination with program management.
Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Basic Qualifications
U.S. Navy experience with at least four (4) years in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent operational management experience in government-sponsored programs.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing operations, personnel, and projects within military or government settings.
Must be located at Patrick Space Force Base and be available during emergencies.
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military experience with emphasis on space operations or related fields.
Experience managing operations on military or government installations, including vendor and client relations.
Advanced knowledge of security and compliance protocols in government settings.
