This is a Salaried position. Overview Please note: H-1B sponsorship is not offered for this opening(s). This position may have the option to work full remote for an incumbent who is not within 65 miles of Peoria. If within 65 miles of Peoria the incument will work 3 days in office at JUMP Simulation Center in Peoria. POSITION SUMMARY: The AI Citizen Developer (CitDev) Specialist I leverages a foundational knowledge of automation tools and techniques to empowering a small cohort of AI Cit Dev within the Ministry with the tools and knowledge to build, implement and impactfully use automation solutions. This role involves mentoring Citizen Developers in identifying, defining, planning, developing, implementing and supporting appropriately scoped automation solutions, ensuring the application of best practices and standards. The AI Cit Dev Specialist I will also facilitate workshops, provide training, and support Citizen Developers in achieving impactful automation outcomes. The AI CitDev Specialist I is a key part of supporting the strategic objectives of OSF Healthcare. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or other related quantitative discipline with 6 years of relevant analytical and programming experience OR Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or other related quantitative discipline with 2 years of relevant analytical and programming experience. Experience: 2 years of experience applying analytic methods to large, complex datasets. 2 years of experience using SQL, python or other programming language. 2 years of experience mapping and/or analyzing process and data flows. Licensure/ Certification: If not already held, training and certification as both a UiPath Certified RPA Associate and UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer are required within the first 90 days of employment. Certification must be maintained according to UiPath requirements. Epic Clarity data model fundamentals training is required within 90 days of employment and certification within 6 months of employment. Certification must be maintained according to Epic requirements. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrated ability to contribute to automation solution development, including: analysis, interpretation, presentation, and ongoing monitoring/support. Demonstrated competency presenting automation project summaries to clinical and non-clinical audiences across all levels of personnel. Demonstrated knowledge of automation technologies Demonstrated proficiency in SQL to extract and transform data. Demonstrated experience working with health information system tools. Demonstrated tolerance for ambiguity. Demonstrated comfort working as a part of a team or independently, as required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 1 year of experience building automations through a robust RPA tool, such as UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere. 1 year of healthcare related data/analytics experience. 1 year of experience working within the EPIC data ecosystem.
