Join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team and be a driving force behind Amazon's world-class shopping experience. As an AI Data Trainer, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of how customers interact with AI when shopping online.

This is an office-based role in our Bucharest, Romania office, working Monday to Friday. Our office-based roles provide additional flexibility to work remotely, with an expectation to attend the office a minimum 3 days per week. During the training period (first 6 weeks after starting date) attendance at the office will be required 5 days a week.

- Create engaging, high-quality content that help our AI platforms to understand and respond to text-based shopping queries
- Validate data according to specific annotation guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality of the collected information
- Collaborate closely with your team to streamline data collection and curation processes
- Leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
