Role Overview + Drive the progression and commercialization of MSK-discovered drug development projects to benefit patients and maximize institutional value. + Collaborate with Licensing Managers to develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive drug development plans and strategies. + Serve as the primary liaison between MSK investigators, internal departments, and external collaborators. + Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely advancement of drug discovery initiatives. + Support the preparation of marketing materials and development plans for MSK drug projects. + Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, CROs, and core facilities. Key Qualifications + Significant experience in drug development, with a strong understanding of the therapeutic discovery process. + Proven ability to lead and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects. + Expertise in IP management, contracts, and regulatory aspects of drug development. + Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
