What You Will Do: + Implement Generative AI solutions, driving the successful launch of the first version to market and ensuring its alignment with the company's goals and vision. + Train, fine tune, and deploy LLM solutions on our expansive proprietary data. + Develop and implement RAG-based chatbots, utilizing advanced techniques like query re-writing, efficeint retrieval and re-ranking + Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and recommend new technologies or methods to enhance existing solutions. + Ensure that all AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, including transparency, fairness, and data privacy compliance. + Collaborate cross functionally to deploy AI solutions and monitor outcomes. What We Look For: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. + Typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience, with exposure to Information Retrieval, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Understanding (NLU), and foundational concepts in Large Language Models (LLMs). + Practical experience with vector-based retrieval algorithms and search systems, including tools like Google Vector Search, Pinecone, or similar technologies. + Familiarity with deploying machine learning systems in production, particularly in the NLP/LLM field. Experience with model fine-tuning or reward learning is a plus but not mandatory. + Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript. Exposure to modern web technologies (e.g., Node.js, React) is an added advantage. + Basic familiarity with at least one major cloud platform; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred but not required. + Self-driven and motivated to take ownership of projects, coupled with a results-oriented mindset. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. + Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Benefits at AutoZone AutoZone cares about people.
