AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and scalability.

Deploy AI models and solutions into production environments.

Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure their reliability and effectiveness.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related areas.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.
