We are looking for a high energy engineering leader to drive an ambitious agenda to deliver AI enabled products in Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Capital Markets. This leader will collaborate with the leaders of these Broadridge business units to create the investment strategy and then manage AI Engineering squads to develop and launch these AI solutions to drive rapid revenue growth. Delivery requires close collaboration with the business unit aligned technology teams that develop products for these two sectors.
Delivers AI solutions on time and on budget by applying our best practice framework for AI solution development for both predictive AI models and Generative AI solutions built with pre-trained LLMs. Drives reuse and evolution of shared components and designs patterns and capabilities that sit within our AI platform, e.g., knowledge management (RAG), MLOps, secure model development, and model monitoring capabilities.Develops and hires the talent to create a top decile AI engineering team that delivers both rapid prototypes and fully industrialized solutions at pace.Drives use case ideation and analysis to create a prioritized a backlog of AI solutions that meets the needs of our customers and align with our objectives for profitable growth.Manages a prioritized backlog of AI solution development for these business units and recommends actions to BU management to measure, track, and optimize value captured.Assists in structuring product demos, reviews, and retrospectives to gather feedback, iterate on product features, and drive continuous improvement of the lifecycle.Assists product management with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify AI market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation with AIAssists in educating and inspires business unit leaders and their product management teams in the art of the possible in applying AI to drive business growth and efficiency.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field including for example, Computer Science. Master’s degree preferred or a post-graduate qualification that included heavy use of AI or analytics. 7+ years of financial services technology experience in either a FinTech or Financial Institution including at least 3 years in a leadership role in these sectors.3-5 years of experience working on AI solution delivery. Relevant roles include AI application development manager in a FinTech or a WM organization, AI engagement manager in consulting, etc.Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a matrixed global environment and to mentor upcoming talent.Experience managing technology budgets and associated staffing plans.Experience delivering predictive analytics including machine learning techniques and substantial hands-on experience with GenAI and its application to improve productivity and effectiveness in wealth and asset management. Experience with Agentic systems a plus.A strong foundation in data management including data quality disciplines and data pipeline engineering for machine learning models.Track record of success in the application of agile development models to a range of AI solutions including both Generative AI and Predictive AI.Deep understanding of the tools that financial advisors use and proven experience in applying data, analytics, and AI to help the FA’s drive top quartile growth in revenues and high levels of investor satisfaction.Understanding of the full trading life cycle including front middle and back-office technologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments.#LI-NO1
