岗位职责:

1. 联想HPC/AI解决方案部门benchmark专家；

2. 负责完成HPC/AI标前应用性能测试，标后应用移植和调优，重点客户的应用支持；

3. 支持前端销售团队复杂方案的设计和验证；

4. 负责前沿技术的调研及对前端销售团队赋能。

任职要求:

1. 熟悉HPC行业方向的应用软件，具备独立完成性能测试和调优的能力，具备代码调优能力更佳；或熟悉AI大模型，具备大规模AI集群测试/调优经验；

2. 具备较强的动手能力，熟练使用HPC/AI集群，具备troubleshooting的能力；

3. 熟悉HPC/AI集群硬件架构设计，包括服务器、网络(Infiniband/ROCE)、存储等；

4. 了解HPC/AI集群软件，熟悉作业调度、共享文件系统、AI平台软件更佳；

5. 具备较强的沟通和团队写作能力
