AI Learning & Development Lead

We are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to join our growing AI specialty. You will be responsible for the operational management of learning and development systems, content, and related programs related to AI. A significant focus of this role will be on the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System and maintenance of associated training assets, sites, and materials.
Your Role:Learning Management System Management Create, manage, and enforce standards, policies, and procedures Work one-on-one and in groups with course creators, instructors, and HR staff to assist in the creation of courses on the systems Assist in content implementation into LMS and learning platform environment Coordinates and provide support during virtual training sessions (Zoom and Teams) Serve as an escalation contact for support issues, including interactions with LMS and learning platform vendor support services Participate in the implementation and integration (planning, testing, and implementation) of new learning technologies and transition from legacy systems Training Program Development, Delivery and Content ManagementIdentify, collect, curate, and synthesize informational assets from disparate sources and incorporate them into the learning management system, platforms, sites (L&D Sharepoint site) and training programs Develop relationships with subject matter experts and engages them on a regular basis to ensure content is up-to-date and ready for delivery Prepare and deliver training presentations, as needed.  Prepare learning material, such as workbooks, presentations, e-learning modules, videos, assessments, reference guides, websites, and job aids Maintain the global onboarding presentation and toolkit and assists in the training of instructors to deliver the program locally Organize and maintain L&D websites (performance management, career development, Workplace, etc.), training manuals, handbooks, guides, toolkits marketing materials and reference libraries Distribute training aides and materials to employees Manage course rosters Prepare and administer evaluations such as tests and surveys for training programs L&D Support Maintain relationships with global Dean network and facilitate meetings with them to engage on new content Confer with HR and L&D management team to determine training priorities Determine and arrange requirements for training events and activities such as booking facilities, instructors, and catering. Develop training schedules and calendars Maintain training records and develops monthly training reports Prepare program and instructor evaluation reports Research external training and development opportunities for the organization’s employees Research regulatory and legal requirements for training programs, and maintains mandatory training programs Liaise with training vendors Oversee P.O.s, invoices and expense claims for external training and development activitiesBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources or Marketing 6+ years of experience in L&D or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience with relevant Learning & Development systems, applications, and tools and the implementation of those tools Experience in Instructional Design, Learning Media Design, or Adult Education Experience working with learning management systems (Absorb) as well as Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams Experience designing live-training and e-learning programs Experience with e-learning design software (e.g. Articulate Rise) Experience with video software (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)$73,000 - $126,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
