The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for implementing machine learning solutions in production environments, and for monitoring and optimizing their performance. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation for AI/ML processes, staying current with industry trends, and collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to continuously enhance AI solutions. This position reports to the Senior AI and Data Science Manager and is part of the Radiometer development center and will be remote role in Poland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Ensure seamless integration and high performance of AI/ML solutions to drive operational efficiency and innovation. + Streamline deployment processes to accelerate time-to-market and enhance agility in AI solution delivery. + Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and reliability of AI products. + Stay updated with the latest innovations and assist in applying them to maintain a competitive edge. + Contribute to achieving business objectives and overall company success by delivering effective AI solutions. The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. + Understanding of the operation and lifecycle management of ML and AI driven applications. + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Previous experience in an AI/ML engineering or similar role. + Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
