The Role
Practice Role
Lead the practice, providing direction and guidance to teams and professionals.Drive the growth and development of the AI practice, including the creation of new services and solutions.Work closely with clients to understand their AI needs and develop tailored solutions.Oversee the delivery of AI services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients, positioning the organization as a leader in the AI domain.Lead Opportunity creation, opportunity progression, and opportunity closure in the AI domain with a select set of clients or Industry sectors.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovationRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, and in the media as a security expert.Work with Consult Partners and Solutions teams across local geographies to provide content to drive deals.Design and architect AI solutions tailored to client requirements.Develop strategies and frameworks that help with value proposition to customersWork closely with the local solution design teams in developing client presentations and SOWs.Become a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings, and client references.Become a recognized thought leader in one of the core domains, utilizing conferences, white papers, and client presentations to build awareness of Kyndryl's credentials.Be accountable for driving signings in the ASEAN marketParticipate in project delivery to varying degrees depending on project complexityHelp resolve project issues as they ariseEstablish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the AI agenda and evolving technologies/solutions.Build and develop a high-performing security team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities.Set performance goals for the practice and ensure they are met.Provide leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement.Contribute content and advice to the offering development processHelp shape the emerging model of the global AI Practice.Delivery
Take ownership of delivery of AI related work for client and ensure what's sold is getting delivered to satisfaction of client and 10/10 Net Promoter Score from client, and delight clients.Work on helping organize project approaches and teams for client deliveryParticipate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexityHelp resolve project issues as they ariseEstablish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the AI services portfolioPeople
