Responsibilities: * Ensure that the team builds and ships products according to the customer value and business value * Contribute to setting strategical vision and comprehensive product roadmap * Conduct and maintain competitive analysis * Define and track key product metrics (e.g., user adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue impact) * Drive continuous product discovery through deep customer insights and needs analysis * Build and maintain an agile, prioritized product backlog * Work closely with development, and UX/UI teams to estimate features, define requirements, and collaborate on release plans * Coordinate cross-functional efforts across development, marketing, sales, support, and legal teams * Internal and external communication of product value propositions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience * 3+ years in product management or a product-adjacent discipline, with a record of successful delivery of product values in collaboration with development and business teams * Proven experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS product development, with deep understanding of AI-powered Enterprise application (conversational AI, speech to text, or generative AI), data privacy and security considerations * Experience in creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch * Experience in leading the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions * Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams * Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority * Demonstrated "get things done" problem-solving approach * Excellent communication and presentational skills * Would prefer someone with global company * Deep expertise in emerging AI technologies: Conversational AI, Generative AI, AI model evaluation and deployment * Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, marketing, engineering, UX/UI, sales null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
