About this opportunity:

Do you want to shape the direction of Ericsson AI security, drive operational excellence and leveraging from cutting-edge technology to enhance security measures while driving business growth? 


We are seeking an experienced AI Security Specialist with a strong business acumen to join our team of 11 senior specialists within security, driving the security work and setting the standards for Ericsson Group.


In this role, you will combine high-level strategic thinking with hands-on operational work, integrate AI-driven security strategies into our business framework, ensuring the protection of sensitive information, assess and manage risks related to AI technologies ensuring that our security practices align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The ambition for this role is to create innovative solutions that safeguard Ericsson assets and data, ensuring a secure environment whilst leveraging from AI capabilities within Ericsson business.

This role reports to the Head of Governance Operations, Security Governance, Group Security at Ericsson.

 

What you will do:

Drive the implementation of enterprise security AI frameworks within Ericsson, ensuring they meet needs and requirements within the organisation.Lead and coordinate Ericsson AI security work, based on efficient stakeholder collaboration together with Business Areas, Market Areas, Group Functions and Product Security.Develop and implement AI-based security protocols to protect business operations from cyber threats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business security needs and propose tailored AI solutions.Analyze security incidents to identify trends and improve our AI-focused response strategies.Identify, assess, and prioritize risks associated with AI technology and its integration into business processes.Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technology and provide actionable advice on AI security best practices.Provide training and support to staff on AI security measures and their importance to business continuity.


The skills you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Proven experience in AI security, cybersecurity, or a similar role, with a focus on business integration.Strong understanding of AI technologies and their implications for security.Knowledge and genuine interest in designing, developing, and deploying AI models.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a business context.Ability to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing, and gaining commitment. Understanding of ISO 27000, ISO 31000, ISO22301Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
