AI Solution and Strategy Manager

 

As our AI Solution and Strategy Manager in the Data Science and AI Team, you will lead the development, execution, and implementation of AI strategies and solutions for ASICS' applications, overseeing the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of AI projects from ideation to production.

You will drive innovation in AI-powered retail solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and customer needs. 

 

How you will help us:

Based in our Hoofddorp office and reporting to the Director of Data Science and AI, as part of the role you will:

Conceptualize, plan and execute AI projects. You will lead the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from initial idea generation to final implementation and deployment.  Define AI product requirements and manage development roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and various departments to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and align with overall company strategy.  Drive continuous improvement. You will regularly analyze product performance metrics to assess the impact of AI solutions and implement data-driven enhancements to maximize their effectiveness.  Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will facilitate clear communication and understanding between AI developers and non-technical business units.  Identify AI innovation opportunities in retail. You will stay ahead of market trends and customer needs by conducting market research and user analysis to guide ASICS' AI strategy in the retail sector.

What we are looking for:

You have a strong understanding of AI capabilities. You have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field, and relevant experience in AI product management and/or strategy consulting. You understand AI and ML technologies and their applications in retail. You’re an excellent project manager. You have a track record of delivering complex projects, guiding teams, and influencing organizational direction in AI adoption while applying agile methodologies to lead the product development lifecycles. You’re a natural communicator. You are able to translate technical concepts into business value propositions and use your communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re a strategic thinker. You stay up to date with rapidly evolving AI technologies and are able to develop and execute AI strategies aligned with business goals, taking into account data privacy regulations and ethical considerations while fostering a culture of innovation. You’re a great collaborator. You work effectively across departments, with external partners, and internal stakeholders and decision makers to influence the direction of our AI initiatives.
