Description Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AI Template Creator to join our team and help streamline the processing of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) data into actionable templates for use on AI platforms. This role requires technical expertise in AI systems, proficiency in OCR technologies, and an ability to design flexible, reusable, and efficient templates that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the output aligns with organizational goals while optimizing workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Template Design and Optimization: + Use OCR-acquired data to create and structure templates for an AI platform. + Ensure templates are flexible, reusable, and adaptable to a variety of data inputs. + Continuously optimize templates for improved accuracy, performance, and user experience (Source: SG25 US Finance and Accounting.doc). + Data Integration: + Translate unstructured OCR data into structured formats suitable for AI-driven analysis and reporting. + Work with large datasets, ensuring information is accurately processed and mapped into template fields. + Collaboration: + Partner with end-users, developers, and stakeholders to understand data usage and template needs. + Communicate effectively with internal teams to identify requirements and align solutions with organizational objectives. + Testing and Quality Assurance: + Test templates to ensure they function effectively in AI platforms. + Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, formatting errors, or performance constraints in collaboration with developers and QA teams. + Documentation and Training: + Create comprehensive documentation for template usage and troubleshooting. + Provide training to relevant teams or end-users on how to manage and utilize AI-driven templates effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: + Technical Knowledge: + Proficiency with OCR tools and technologies and hands-on experience processing OCR data into structured outputs. + Strong understanding of AI platforms and template creation processes. + Analytical Skills: + Ability to identify patterns in unstructured data and design templates to capture relevant data points effectively. + Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve inconsistencies and inaccuracies in OCR data interpretations. + Communication Skills: + Ability to clearly document workflows, guidelines, and template configurations for Requirements • Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Demonstrable experience in the banking or savings and loan industry. • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a focus on its application in the banking sector. • Strong knowledge of Power BI and its application in data analysis and visualization. • Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. • Ability to design, implement and maintain AI models and systems. • Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI systems. • Proficiency in using AI to improve business processes and outcomes. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead AI-related projects from conception to completion. • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to implement AI solutions. • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and related technologies. • Demonstrable problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
