Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Assembly, Integration & Test Technician. Responsibilities include assembling spacecraft hardware, soldering and PCB inspections, harness builds, testing components and assemblies, and following spacecraft through environmental testing campaigns. We are looking for candidates excited about being part of a close-knit team, passionate about space systems, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
Hard SkillsFollowing step-by-step guidelines for building electrical and/or mechanical assembliesDocumenting the process as things are builtOperating torque wrenches and similar tools to product specificationsObtaining IPC certifications for wire harnessing and soldering assembliesAssembling and soldering components onto PCBsInstalling project-specific sensors such as thermistors and accelerometersTroubleshooting and diagnostic process knowledgeWorking with engineers to troubleshoot hardware problemsBuilding harnesses and wire connectorsReading and following drawings and written instructionsExperience with soldering, crimping, and harness buildExperience with electronics testingExperience with board repairSoft SkillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAble to follow verbal and written instructionsJob Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Littleton, Colorado.
Work Environment
This is a cleanroom environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to climb a 13-foot ladder.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
