What would you do as our AI Tech Lead
You will be a technical lead within a team of 6, working closely with Team Lead, guiding the team in modern development practices in cloud, backend and frontend development, working with our brand-new project related to AI Technical Development, based in Stockholm.
You will play a key role, acting as a business advisor, interfacing with multiple stakeholders, business, and product owners within entire ASSA ABLOY structure.
We work in cross-functional teams, responsible for developing modern, secure and top-quality solutions. We develop embedded applications and integrate them with Mobile Applications, Electronic Access Control software using cloud and microservice architecture.
You would also:
Lead and mentor the team with your deep technical expertise in cloud, backend, and frontend development Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest advancements in AI technologies Dive into hands-on R&D, directly contributing to the AI projects
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has extensive experience designing both application and cloud architectures (Azure or AWS) Brings hands-on expertise in DevOps and testing practices Has a solid track record of developing full-stack applications in the cloud, with bonus points for experience with Python and React Is skilled in leading and organizing DevOps teams in an agile environment Is fluent in both spoken and written English
