We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Transformation Program Manager to lead and coordinate AI initiatives across various departments within PROCT. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive AI roadmap, consolidating AI initiatives, and ensuring the successful deployment of AI transformation projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills, proficiency in AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing and data analytics, familiarity with popular AI tools and platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Tabnine, Salesforce Einstein etc)Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:• Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of a detailed AI transformation roadmap in collaboration with department representatives.• Initiative Consolidation: Align and integrate AI initiatives across departments to ensure cohesive and synergistic efforts.• Deployment Planning and Execution: Oversee the deployment plan for AI transformation, ensuring projects are implemented effectively and on schedule.• Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of all AI projects, ensuring they meet implementation schedules and milestones. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management. Highlight potential risks and constraints.• Resource Management: Develop and implement plans for executing AI projects, including identifying necessary business processes and planning resource allocation.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PROCT departments, various resource teams to drive the implementation of AI initiatives. Ensure continuous follow-up and support for these initiatives.• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes. Address any concerns and ensure alignment with organizational objectivesRequirements :Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Operations Management/ Project or Program Management/Computer science related field of studyAny formal education on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Analytics would be advantageousExperience and knowledge in implementing AI solutions in organizations with more than 100 team membersProven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programs/projects.Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Travel : Yes
