Essential Functions
Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Adult Inpatient Unit/CTF (Transitions Unit) Maintain and promote effective communication between unit and other departments.Document clinical services.3. Exhibits teamwork in providing services.Demonstrates professional accountabilityImplement measures that safeguard the welfare, care, health, and safety of the unit including patients, families and coworkers.Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population, culture, and specific needs of the patients served.Qualifications and requirements
High School diploma required. Associate's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field preferredSix (6) month mental health experience preferred.Required License: Washington State Counselor Registration (Agency Affiliate), CPR/First AidOther: Bilingual and/or English/Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.Benefits:
