Specialist understanding of accounting and control for insurance is helpful. + Strong interpersonal skills and great team player, with the ability to communicate effectively with impact across functions. + Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade, influence and convince others. *Job Grade will be determined at 18 to 20 depending on experience and skills.
