It provides the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation – giving clients the most effective solutions for a fast-paced, modern business along with the expertise to achieve maximum business benefit, and to deliver better experiences.
What you’ll do:
will be responsible for leading our professional services division, driving technical excellence, and providing strategic direction in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong technical background, and a proven track record in people management and manager of managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists in designing and implementing AI solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the team and across the organization.Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the AI and ML practice, aligning with overall company objectives. Provide vision and direction to a team of managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of AI and ML projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to project teams, leveraging your technical expertise to address challenges and optimize solutions. Technical Excellence: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Provide thought leadership within the organization and mentor team members to foster continuous learning and skill development.Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of AI and ML professionals, including managers and team leads. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support career growth and development opportunities for team members. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs, and recommending AI and ML solutions that drive value and innovation. Lead client engagements, including workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions. Partnership and Collaboration: Cultivate strategic partnerships with others internal and externa organizations to enhance our capabilities and expand our reach within the AI and ML ecosystem.What you need to bring:
