Summary Job title: AIMM Services Regional Trainer Job ID: 202498180004 Department: AIMM KS/MO/NE Location: TX-Irving Description Summary: The AIMM Services training instructor is responsible for delivering facilitating training programs. This includes class instruction, in-person field instruction and administering assessments to students. The position is also responsible for the creation and implementation of programs as needed by the market. Previous experience in teaching and a strong background in the industrial electrical industry is preferred. This will be a territory-defined role that reports to the AIMM Services Business Development Manager. There is a requirement to interact with other team members to deliver the best possible client experience. Reports to: Business Development Manager in KS/MO NE territory Minimum Qualifications: + Previous experience working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team completing full project life-cycle implementations. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. + Understanding of safe work practices in an industrial environment. + Examples of being self-motivated and able to work independently. + Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. + 2+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial/manufacturing work environment. + Understanding of safety codes, standards and best practices. + High School Diploma with Industrial experience, Associate of Science Degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent training + Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: + Licensed electrician strongly preferred. Working Conditions: This position will conduct and/or coordinate training at CED locations or customer sites.
