This truly is a place where we all share a challenger mindset which drives our success. **What You Will Do** - WHAT YOU WILL DO Primary responsibilities for the position include: + Installing, maintaining and repairing heating ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) systems, air compressor systems, chillers, water fountains, and eye wash stations. + Conserving, recovering and recycling the various refrigerants used in the different air conditioning and refrigeration systems. + Maintaining and controlling the temperature, humidity, and the total air quality for facilities + Maintaining calibration on all equipment and devices associated with the Air Conditioning Attendant position. + Maintaining proper water chemistry for chill-water and condenser water systems by ensuring proper chemical treatment. + Ensuring demands for compressed air are met by proper operations. + Loading and maintenance of air compressors and dryers + Maintaining a professional and safe work environment by ensuring all assigned areas are kept clean and free of hazards. **Qualifications** - REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Be at least 21 years of age. + Be legally eligible to work in the United States. + Have high school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of 5 years related HVACR experience and Chlorofluorocarbon Certification (CFC). + Completion of an approved apprenticeship program or trade school graduate is preferred. + Candidates with equivalent U.S. military training and related HVACR experience will also be considered. + Must be able to work any of 3 shifts and overtime, including weekends and holidays as necessary. + Candidate will be required to pass a job-related sample test. **Work Environment and Physical Demand** + Work in areas that are subject to noise, dust, vibration, and heat. + Sometimes required to do heavy lifting. + Work in a variety of positions including awkward positions. + Climb ladders and work at heights. **What We Offer** • Competitive benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision/life insurance/disability plans • Dollar for dollar 401k match up to 6% • 15 Company-paid holidays • Generous paid time off **Applicant Information** This job description describes the essential functions of the job at the time the job description was created, but it is not an exhaustive list of tasks, duties and responsibilities.
