Preferred Qualifications + Experience in higher education and/or government. + Ability to read & interpret technical manuals, blueprints & schematics. + Experience using AiM & SAP . Job Description Conduct maintenance and repairs on the university’s air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Job Duties + Assists Head A/C Mechanic with equipment/system checks, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems. Additional Information to Applicants + Multiple positions and evening shift available. + Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain eligibility to drive a university vehicle pursuant to the University’s Driver Selection Policy. + This position requires driving University vehicles. + Must be available to work on call on a rotating basis with other HVAC shop personnel.
