Position: Air Export Coordinator
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Handle tracking, tracing, and data entry on the movement of air cargo shipments to ensure accurate milestones are met Maintains effective communication and collaboration with team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met Communicate with all parties: i.e., air carriers, brokers, warehouses, CFS’s, customers, agents Assist export teams on all aspects of cargo transportation and data management Attitude and ability to manage high volume communications and data tracking tools Provides Air Export services to client companies, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documentation and all other aspects of customer requirements, including, but not limited to, booking shipments, preparing Airway bills, pre-alerts, documentation required for clearance at destination, packing lists, input of data for tracking and tracing shipments, as required Adheres to SOPs for routing of shipments according to client instructions Responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and communication for Export shipments, including timely update of internal and external milestones Responsible for adherence to U.S. customs, TSA, and all other government agencies’ rules, laws and regulations Troubleshoot problems – ability to think through exceptions and provide solutions Responsible for service processes, continuously striving for improvements to service and quality Assists the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure that customer requirements are met Other duties as assignedJob Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international export operation Previous knowledge of air cargo transportation/operations preferred Previous experience with CargoWise is a plus Ability to work overtime as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication. Must excel in effectively interacting within a diverse, multicultural environmentWhat We Offer:
